A. Immediately! You will get access to your order on a web page

upon completion of your order. Your order will also be emailed to
you. You
should receive the email within minutes. We recommend that you check
your
email before you close the window which contains your speech.
Q. How many "Ready to Go" poems or eulogy verses etc will I
receive?
A. The number you will receive varies from product to product.
Most packs
contain 3 poems.
Q. Where are my Ready to Go poems that I ordered an hour ago?
A. Your order, together with a receipt from WorldPay, was emailed
to the
address that you entered. If you have not received either then it is
likely
that there is a problem with your email account or that you entered
an
incorrect email address. You can check your email account by sending
an
email to yourself. Send an email to order@thepoemstore.com with the
email address that you used to order and we will send the order to
you
again.
Q. What happens if I don't like my speeches?
A. We provide a money back guarantee on our Ready-to-Go range. As
our
personalized poems are written in such close consultation with our
clients
we simply adjust them to suit should you have a problem.
Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Yes, We use industry standard systems to protect your credit
card
information. We don't receive the credit card information. It goes
directly
to our payment processor partner WorldPay and NatWest a leading
financial
institution.
